Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns, online brand growth, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media, content creation, digital marketing tools, and managing potential customer leads. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration to help execute campaigns, optimize online performance, and nurture leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online promotions.

  • Create engaging visual and written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.

  • Conduct basic SEO and SEM tasks to improve online visibility.

  • Generate, track, and manage leads through CRM platforms and other lead management tools.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and lead conversion.

  • Assist with content publishing and updates on websites or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of leads generation strategies, lead nurturing, and CRM management.

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for visual content creation.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic CMS usage (WordPress or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and lead metrics.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate campaign ideas.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Adaptability to fast-changing trends and digital platforms.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
